I think it is really impossible to predict what day the news will come, but I agree a Friday is unlikely. RNTK has been known to run up on Friday's since no one wants to miss a weekend announcement, however unlikely. I think the 16% dilution is not terribly relevant to the price when a deal is announced. Far more important are the details of the agreement. I would expect the runup to surpass the high of 3 11/32. I suspect there will be massive buying. Conventional wisdom says 4-6.
