Bill & FNTN Fans - FNTN must file a Audited Form 10K with the SEC for acceptance to NASDAQ. I don't know when the fiscal year ends, somebody please post.

A Form 10Q - the most recent quarterly statement is not enough information and 10Q's are not audited or called Unaudited Financials and are submitted by management, but the auditors are always around.

A full audit for a company going from OTC BB to NASDAQ consists of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows and Statement of Retained Earnings. The auditors render an Opinion that the Financial Statements prepared by Management fairly present the financial position of the firm. Your write up of Form 10K was correct, I am just adding some additional information.

When they submit the financials the SEC can ask for more documentation and back up or ask them to rewrite or clarify items.

:)
