Looks like this stuff got sold already. An article hit bloomberg at 18:32 saying that GBLX sold 21mln shares in $399 mln IPO.... past tense, "sold"... oh well...figures that they wouldn't let the little guys get some of the action if it was that good... maybe I'm reading this wrong cuz I'm tired... . anywayz... market cap is $3.83bln co. intends to use about $220 mln of the proceeds to invest in its undersea networks and up to $50mln to make minority investments in telecom co's and internet service providers...
