Wang's comments on CNBC were very upbeat and positive for the most part. He said that he did not know where the stock price should be but always feels it is to low. He commented that this past quarter was the best ever.....and that the company's fundamental businesses are very strong. He is optimistic about the future as always. He said that wall street cut estimates by 7-8% because of the cautionary statements made concerning Asia and Y2000 issues. He went on to say that Asia in itself will not affect the bottom line all that much....but does feel that indirectly the company will feel 'some pain' because of the crisis.

Concerning the lawsuits.....he feels they are without merit and that the company will fight them vigorously. Overall......Wang was very positive and upbeat about the company and its future.
