Because the Caspian Sea area is as big in oil reserve as the Middle East area. I read that Parker Drilling(PKD) has 4 rigs up there. I bet they can find a way to bring it out. There are also underground pipes but they are not going to a free port. The major one goes into Russia. Santiago
