Hmmm, gets more interesting by the minute here....

Also amusing information re: Darrell Uselton. Is it possible ICVI approached him looking to dig up a merger partner... and he didn't have to look far? His history doesn't exactly scream "straight shooter" to me.

I was wondering, reading recent posts, why Jack and other company execs were locked in meetings for days, since:

1) the company has no operations;
2) the reports from Dunn surely are not out yet (nothing for MTEI to look at) ;
3) no news to report;
4) they certainly aren't busy buying land; and
5) the stock isn't even trading.

I mean, how much time can you spend discussing the operations of an inoperable company?

Apparently, everyone's busy getting their stories straight:

<<< He did admit that he asked two board officers (Winston Overstreet and Quentin Moore) to resign from the board in order to protect them from possible liability. They still work for the company but no longer sit on the board for their protection. He says that he no longer knows if his company ever existed in the first place. >>>>>

I'm beginning to feel sorry for the shareholders of this worthless stock. It really takes some stones to flip off the shareholders with "Sorry, folks, the company never existed. Not my fault... see ya!"

Resignations? You know, I'm not a lawyer, but I would think that board members become liable at the point they commit any wrongdoing, not at the point it is discovered or prosecuted. Apparently the plan is to play the innocent victim... "the company never existed"... is that in the investment packet?

Smooth, Jack. I hope the SEC falls for it. I can't help but recall the PRs describing what a swell group of superbly experienced businessmen they had assembled.

<<<<They are also suing for damages on 4 accounts of existing and pending law suits on the former management of ICVI which were non-disclosed at the time of the reverse merger. Had they been disclosed Jack never would have pursued the reverse merger with ICVI.>>>>

Talk about buyer beware. I would guess that it would have taken MTEI maybe five minutes to search the Internet and turn up the string of shell companies that evolved into ICVI.

Perhaps Jack did some "real DD" which involved "calling the company" and asking John C. if anyone was suing him.

P.S. Quentin Moore? Wasn't he the Lone Ranger?
