Scott, you know, in a "freudian" kinda way ... maybe THAT'S what's wrong ... Geez, If I can't get it right, then maybe that's why CUSTOMERS can't get it right . This whole problem is probably nothing more than COMMUNICATION. Joe...PS: To Novell folk. You are NEVER going to beat MSFT. (Don't feel bad though, no one else is either). Pride, integrity and humility are non-issues. We need to get some "Dollah's" BIG "Dollah's" back in the piggy-bank now, and I personally don't think there are many (if any) people on this thread who care HOW you do it. Thank you for your time again (as I watch another couple-grand-or-so take a ride into the sunset.....).
