First, I apologize for posting that message from Joe- it was private email to his subscribers. I acted impulsively and just didn't think. Guess I've been waiting on RNTK to announce this deal for too long. Still wrong of me. Won't do it again. Second, it's true that TX may or may not sign off quickly...I worked for AT&T/Lucent and they took their sweet time, especially in dealing with much smaller companies, but a lot of that was due to the bureaucracy. For all we know the exec to sign off is on vacation and will sign it when he comes back. Not sure how much urgency TX feels about this. It'll happen.
