In Canada (and I'm assuming Antares would be subject to Canadian laws) a conversation can be taped, and used in court, as long as one side is aware it is being taped. It's called One-Party Consent. Can we take it from your comments John that you are not backing away from the fight? Maybe Antares took on the wrong shareholder. Maybe it will be Antares that will have to apologize. I might also suggest that whoever it was in Antares that pushed for them to go after John, like it was a great idea, should offer his or her resignation from the company. Companies don't need trigger happy influencers who can't think their actions through to logical conclusions. IMHO of course.
