Yes, thanks, Jon. My question is, to what degree is it "all over", or at least the pits for the company, if someone (hostile, not friendly) acquires, say, > 5 to 50%? In the case of Qcom, could effective control be gained with less than 51%, enabling a less bloody and less costly approach to attaining the hostile company's objectives?
