Hello Wayne, a motion had been passed and we have agreed to spend up to 250,000 dollars by the end of September. Last I checked, we have spent $30,000 and I'll find out in the morning what transactions were done on August 13th,98. As for my personal account, I bought last week when the price was under $1.00 and will buy more tomorrow if she backs off a little. regards Frank.........
