To All: Spoke with Jack earlier this evening for a few moments. I called the office and he happened to be the one who answered the phone.

Folks, back up your bags...the fat lady has begun to sing...adios..see ya later...

Thie situation is worse than i or any of us expected. In fact, my primary strategy at this point is how can i best utilize the loss.

First off, Dunn is not working on any reports at this moment. Why? because MTEI has run out of fu*cking cash. no dinero...nada..

It seems as if the SEC trading halt, the inability to get an audit done on a timely basis, has scared away lenders. My guess is that Jack's business plan was to have some sort of financing at this point to fund operations.

Maybe he is a good O&G man and a nice guy but well out of his league trying to build a company on a shoe string budget and a weak business plan. Why bother if you can't even get three months out of the gate. Statistics would have given MTEI better odds at surviving longer. If he knew so many people in the oil/gas business, shouldn't he also have been connected to line up some venture capital? These questions are now moot.

The only salvation that is probably left for this company is a quick settlement with Christiansen & Co. to get some cash in and get this company moving again and likely at a huge discount to what these guys potentially stole from us investors. However, i'll admit that is a huge shot in the dark.

On some level, although i hate to say it, Jack is somehow responsible for all of this...at least for not doing any due diligence on who he was dealing with.

Is a class action shareholder suit the way to go? I don't know but it should definitely be considered.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...but it's time to face the music, folks. Call and get those certs...anybody need any wallpaper.. i got some great MTEI share certificates for sale...
