Buddy, I had the same thoughts as I read both the earnings press release and the 10q. It is obvious that management is being very conservative with their statements. I guess we can take that either of thee ways:

1. They are trying to not build expectations too early so that good news will come as a surprise and make a big splash.

2. They are just very conservative in what they say.

3. Things are not going as well as expected.

My opinion is that #2 is the correct answer. My impression is that management is concentrating efforts on launching NetGain and will wait and let the results speak for themselves rather than making any forward looking claims.

The 42 UK hires came with the UK acquisition. The expenses of the UK acquisition were a one time event and it is likely that the acquisition will be profitable before year end. I don't think the revenue from ICR, Wyse, and Honeywell has been recognized yet as of the 10q.
