The first thing I would look at is the credibility of the group- why would they do a private placement one month for cheap stock- then the next month offer to buy out the outstanding- my guess is they are trying to cause short covering from the mm's but nobody believes they have the cash to buy the shares out- its probably not a cash deal Robert...
