Clo, here are some more questions forya.... (gotta keepya on your toes ;) how much financing are they anticipating the need for in order to commercial their product? Do they own the patent for the darkening polymer? ...or just its implemention in this industry? are there other polymers that do the same thing? Can they be used by other companies to develop competing solutions without infringing on the patent? The reason i ask is that if they own the rights to this type of technology outright, then it gives you, IMO, a lot of downside protection as the worst case would probably be to see them taken out by a bigger player... in either this industry, or another high tech field.. I think their solution is too "neat" to go to waste, even if it doesn't wind up succeeding in the antipiracy business.... have a good night- enam
