If anybody wants to see what floating preferred shares do to a company, look at Hayes Corp (HAYZ). It has a pattern just like Syquest. But syquest "keeps on giving" it seems!

Some of you are probably right when you say that Syquest must have a plan to get the stock price back up. To bad it probably includes a reverse split.
