Certainly looks like it right now, good volume on the upside. BTW got to umc.com.tw for an overview of OAKT's Fab investment. UMC have JV'd with many techs in the various fabs, for this and to ensure to other potential investees in future fabs that they would have a liquid investment, I think they would want to find a buyer of OAKT's interest. $52 million added to $117 million on hand would put OAKT in an enviable position, about $4 per share and no debt. $50 million a year on R&D will start paying off soon IMHO.
