One mention on the APCO covered call writing. I have writen the 10s against my stock the last two months. The MMs in their greedy little way somehow got APCO to close on expiration at 10 the last two months. Friendly suckers when they are on your side. I feel the MMs will benefit most if APCO finished at 7.50 this expiration. Just a feel but we shall see. I have no problem with the premium not being substantial cuz I wrote mine when APCO was near its short term downtrend overhead. I have missed two opps. to buy them back as my buy level was never quite triggered cuz APCO does not like to stay in the lower 7s for very long. But my TA and gut point toward a close near 7.50 next Friday, we shall see. ht david
