So let me ask a hypothetical question. Let's assume that a president of a company does make money on an undeclared promotion. Maybe he or she makes it on the rise, or by selling short, or something more fancy as you two have been discussing. In short, he or she is not lily white. Does this president forfeit his or her right to silence the critics. If we assume the critics are the ones who lost the money that the insiders made, do the critics not have a right to complain?
