Well I can't say that I know DM on a first hand basis... however, I have been told by people who I know who are not affilated here that the guy has some pretty serious cash here, Canada, and Asia. Mostly though, even if RMIL committed fraud, does it make it right to committee it back? No I think that the proper channels, which would have been his lawsuit, would have been enough... however, he made me very suspicious, I was lied to by Jehu Hand, and Randal Baker.. IMO, from what Phurity expounded upon, this is something they did, Zapera would rep. companies... if they weren't any good, he would send in the big money to short and wham... another company dead. Obviously we all know there have been some untruths about RMIL... However, none and I do mean none of us were there way back when... someone else ran OVIS into the ground before Roland and Morgan. Now lets be honest, if they were selling big into our buying, the price would have never held up, and when it went down to the 1.00 range, I think (and I am only thinking here) the volume was nothing to rah rah about. To get down to the bottom of it... I think 400,000 is a drop in the bucket to this guy, he might have to shift this or that, but he had to have that much cash in the account to maintain it, right? He owns several business's..... I honestly don't know, but why didn't he just come out from the beginning and be honest... sending Baker on the thread to scare people, and remember his posts weren't friendly or anything.. and having Hand lie on the phone.... I remember when Hand told me he represented shareholders in OVIS who were upset in the price increase.... SHAREHOLDERS OR SHORT HOLDERS? I dunno S. I dunno what is to much, but the way he went about it made me suspicious all over. I do think this kind of crap happens all the time in the BB's... I have said it before, I know and have had lunch with MM's... actually an old econ prof was also an MM. (he still is) and when we sat and talked, he told me about all the BS that happens in this (the OTC) market and never gets caught. I know we can't even make a dent, but if it works once, it may work again, and maybe we can give the OTC investors hope.
