Martin, I think they were fighting for the companies life, and things were bad. I mean I talked to the guy from Palco and it sounded like a done deal until the halt. I know this sounds crazy to you, but if they took us for millions, why take the ultimate risk and ask for 250,000 more when every regulatory agency in the state and country should be watching you like a hawk.
