More Venting...Caution, children under the age of seventeen should not read this. This is Not for Seth's eyes because I promised
not to mention a certain market maker.

"More seriously, Intel dropped
MRVC last year as a supplier of its Ether net switching silicon."
Any individual shareholders read this in any 10q anywhere?

And earlier this year, MRV acquired a switch maker called
Xyplex from Whittaker Corp. (WKR), which has allowed
the company to enter the wide area networking market. But
the market is having trouble understanding how the two
companies' products will mesh.

"What's worse, MRV isn't followed much by Wall Street.
Although institutions hold 38% of its shares, according to
Zacks, analyst coverage of the stock has dwindled from four
to only one. Perhaps most damaging of all, MRV is a
networking company, and it isn't Cisco."
No shit!...what a profound statement.

I am curious how BEST talked their clients into buying stock in a company (Secondary)that "isn't followed much by Wall Street".

I wonder how the shareholders feel right about now that bought
this stock in the 30's?

Why isn't Wall Street aware of MRVC and it's capabilities?
What was all the "road shows" for...take analyst out to eat chinese food and to tell the world MRVC absolutely does not want to
merge or
be taken over. And now, that the stocks price is so low that management wants more money invested in the company to insure
they get to play the game their way with other people's money.
Management looks pretty market savvy right about now...and we couldn't
understand why they issued the bonds, when they did.
SSSSSHHHHHEEEEEESSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHH!
Maybe...just maybe management understands what Wall Street Visibility is all about after this.
"I think the issue is people think the company is a real low end chip maker, but that's not the case." If management doesn't make
people
aware that MRVC is more than "low-end chip maker" who can?

MRVC's idea of how to market a company is.... don't promote and let the price of the stock evaporate then it will attract
attention?

I have been long in this company for over two years but if the only hope we have for the stock to move over 20 is The
Edge blaster to catch on big...KEYRISTTTTTTT!

I know small caps have been in a market crash better that most here.
I've got an ugly porfolio to prove it.

So what, you say...get him a towel, I have been told by management in regards to how concerned management is about
shareholder support (because they are shareholders too) and how management is addressing this issue. Bullshit!
This was almost a year ago and we read today from My favorite
Firm, BEST what a problem MRVC has with promoting the company to Wall Street.

Still long but I don't feel this article will sell a share tomorrow.
Shorts may cover because maybe The Edge blaster might start shipping real soon.
