craig crawford,

"I give it an 85-90% chance that the IPO never happens. If by chance these hucksters get EN public, I would venture to guess that it will be a fraction of Osicom's market cap."

Any one who does not know your background vis-a-vis Osicom, would consider that you must be very well informed to be able to make such statements. Personally, I do not think you are that well informed. You are simply very mad at Osicom for their legal action against you. But, I could be wrong.

However, If you choose to do so, you may be able to establish how well informed you are regarding the IPO, for example. At this stage, two weeks or so before the IPO filing, any one who is well informed would know the proposed name of the new company. If you can name the name, then we would know that yes indeed you know the facts , and that you know what you are talking about.

Otherwise, it would seem that you are merely guessing and speculating about these things, and your anger is the reason for the extremely negative twist to your statements. That is fine too, as long as we know that.

So, do you know the proposed name of the new company, the name of the underwriter, the proposed number of shares outstanding, proposed market cap, etc, etc.?
