I heard him correctly. Frank, do you still want us to believe that the lib is worth only $500K? LOL

After reading through the depositions, I get a better picture of what is going on. My original impression was that IMES got into financing trouble and two blood hounds tried to come in and steal IMes'S ASSETS. Now, it seems to me that they have been planning and working all along to destroy IMES in order to put the company into Chapter 11. The way I look at it, one of them is just a dog following orders from his master but will end up being slaughtered when the dust settle.
