Sai it is not entiely out of the realm for an engineer/consultant to jump ships. I too am a developer of s/w and have been a contractor in the near past. I was involved in a situation whereby I was made an offer to jump ship. Got Bucks! Contractors like money. Switching is not a good thing this late in the game but it just might have been the best thing to do. It probably was not a very easy thing to do. Glenn back in 1984 won the "Tread Setter of The Year Award" for his work bringing in then a new technology CD Rom's. Since he is on the board of directors I am sure he was part of this decision. The initial site was a let down. A beta site at best. Would you stick with Proxicomm? Also when have you know of any software person who develope a product and got it right in the first revision. According to studies almost any product needs at least 3 combing before it is really considerd a product.

Good to see you back Ztech
