<<The first shipment to the TransBusiness Group is currently anticipated to begin in the fourth fiscal quarter, assuming all of the financing arrangements can be completed within that time frame. >>

Bad news, in two big ways:

This represents a slippage compared to the previously announced Oct. 1 ship date. Well, with the present collapse of the Russian banking system I would not be surprise to see it continue to slip more, and more, and more.

Moreover, this discloses that the financing arrangements have in fact not been completed. The previous news release (touting a "Letter of Intent" or whatever) appeared to me to be misleading, and this lends support to that conclusion.

Thanks Turbodylution for that bit of disclosure, American style!

BTW, there's still no 10-Q yet at Edgar-Online. It's due by the end of the day. I'll be gone for vacation so I won't have the pleasure of digging through it for a while. But one thing I'll want to see will be the new figure at the top of the filing for 'shares outstanding'. Turbodylution has diluted its shareholders a whopping 40 fold in 5 years, and lately they've had the pedal to the metal on the certificate printing machine.
