Riccardo Mortara
Riccardo Mortara, age 50, has been President and a Director of the Company since June 1993. Mr. Mortara is the managing director of Societe Financiere du Seujet, Geneva, Switzerland, a company which provides portfolio management and financial services to banks, corporations, and high net-worth individuals primarily in Europe. Between the years of 1984 and 1991, Mr. Mortara was a director of a Geneva private portfolio management company in which he still is a co-owner. Mr. Mortara currently serves on the boards of five financial services companies.

Dempsey K. Mork
Dempsey K. Mork, age 55, has been the Secretary/Treasurer and a Director of the Company since December 1992 and was President from December 1992 to June 1993. Mr. Mork is also president and a director of A.G. Holdings, Inc., Gaensel Gold Mines, Inc. and Magellan Capital Corporation.
Mr. Mork's background includes consulting experience in international transactional work. |
