So, the street was anticipating this?. Why did'nt CIENNA come out and make a statement earlier (like June)?. Maybe we overpaid for CIENNA? So, we are flat from last august at 65!!!. One year's gains just evapourated??. All things fine. The question is people knew about the short fall somehow the other as the stock has been sliding on no news. Secondly, The poxy was filed in june. This is august. COuld'nt they come out and make a statement?. How is the CEO of CIENNA?. Slimly or clean?. Sorry to be so negative, but I have see the similar deal before COMS/USRX, ASND/CSCC, etc.... THe simple question is why did'nt we know about it ealier!!!. Regards, Immi
