I live in St. Louis. They are trying to pass a forefiture law for DUI. They will take your car! Now before you all say that makes sense, think of it in this light.

In the case of drugs, the personal property can be reasonably be assumed to have been obtained from money which is the proceeds of an ILLEGAL activity. DUI on the other hand is just some idiot out driving around endangering people, but the personal property involved has been LEGALLY obtained. I see a huge problem here. Who can explain it differently?
