AAPL has been running Pentium-toasting ads - "Bunny" and "Steamroller" - for months and INTC has not run/announced anything to the contrary. AAPL is using ByteMarks as its benchmark. INTC, through CNET, of which it is an owner bought, and subsequently closed BYTE after lobbying them to change their standards. INTC didn't want an impartial publication backing up AAPL's claims.
