Quote.com shows real time bid and ask and "firm trades" that have gone through already, number of shares and time. I'm not exactly sure what a firm trade is. Quote.com also has a leaders board for volume and number of trades--that's where I get the list from. I don't know about highest percentage/volume increases, but quote.com has a leaders board for "unusual volume"--may be the same thing.
