I haven't reviewed the details of Sustiva. However, if there is any suspicion it might be harmful, there would be no reason to give it to a pregnant woman. There are plenty of other regimens which appear to be fairly safe. (I no longer work in this field, so my current practical HIV treatment knowledge isn't quite up to snuff)
