Here's What's on SRCM's Agenda: 1. Class Action Lawsuits for failure to disclose loss of business in 97 Q4 & 98 Q1, while insiders sell $20 Million of stock. 2. Fraud investigation for misrepresenting status of business in 97 10K and 98 Q1. 3. Investigation for insider trading. 4. Potential for SRCM to lose their auditor - who will quit due to SRCM's activities. 5. Potential for SRCM's auditor to pull their '97 opinion and have the stock halted due to lack of audited financials for 97. All Comments IMO More to come - STAY TUNED.
