Jim: Hard to call bottoms. But, if you look at the last years activity you'll see VLNC is near the low end of its range, so as a speculative bet, it's not a bad time to take a gamble(as long as yer not risk averse, eh?). So let's see how things shape up(ie. will volume once again be treble the daily average). I wish I had access to a level II, since I'd love to know how DLJ(one of the MM's), and others, are working this issue right now. Welcome to the speculative, and definitely "noisey," party. Regards!
