Buddy and Roger,

I'm a firm believer in a company taking care of business instead of a company (trying) to take care of their stock price! If management takes care of the business then they should not have to worry about the stock price, for it will take care of it's self! Notice I said a company taking care of it's business, but trying to take care of their stock price, for a company can only hype so much before the fundamentals catch up to it!

An example of what I'm talking about is what happened at a Wal*mart company meeting right after the stock market crashed in October of 87!
Management spent about 5 minutes on the crash that just happened, and then spent the next few hours talking about how they could improve sales at their stores and what was working at stores and what was not!
History shows what has happened since!

I make a motion that FSTW take care of business, and management and the shareholders will benefit much more then if they try and take care of the shareholders day to day with trying to hype the stock price!

Hank
