Richard-- Well, let's try to be of Good Cheer. 'Tis the Season and all. I agree that reverse splits are usually bummers, but they've recently worked very well for several of the Y2K companies, even when followed immediately by a secondary. I'd say, however, that for us to have similar luck with ^$#^# TFRY, we'll need a product that's out there and perceived as successful. With a lot more product on the way. Janice
