Aug 14 (Reuters) - --Pathnet Inc. said Friday it will postpone its initial public offering of 4.7 million shares due to market conditions. ''Fortunately, we have the luxury to wait until market conditions are more favorable,'' the company's president and chief executive, Richard Jalkut, said in a statement. The company said its existing cash resources of more than $270 million will be ''more than sufficient'' to fund its capital requirements for the foreseeable future.
