"Any one who does not know your background vis-a-vis Osicom, would consider that you must be very well informed to be able to make such statements. Personally, I do not think you are that well informed. You are simply very mad at Osicom for their legal action against you. But, I could be wrong. You are wrong. I share craig's sense that it is almost a foregone conclusion that the IPO will not happen. I am not being sued by Osicom. I was very bullish on the company until I caught Par in that lie concerning the newly authorized shares in the March conference call. "Otherwise, it would seem that you are merely guessing and speculating about these things" Either that, or it is the logical extrapolation considering Osicom's track record. Why would it be logical to conclude they will deliver on the current batch of promises, considering the track record? Barb
