Court Approves Settlement Between NVID International Inc. and SEC

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 14, 1998--NVID International Inc. (OTC BB:NVID) announced Friday that the consent order and
final judgment encompassing the terms of the settlement agreement between NVID and the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) has been approved
by Judge Henry Lee Adams, Jr. in Tampa, Fla. As part of the settlement with the SEC, NVID will issue a press release subject to the SEC approval,
regarding the current status of AXEN.

David Larson, president of NVID stated: "I am delighted for all the shareholders of NVID who have stuck by the company over the last year and three
