To all concerned: A few things about this stock have been disturbing me a bit lately. Apart from the continued downward action of the price, I noticed today that there is now a short position of 90,000 shares that is very recent. I talked to Russel Goodwin today and he says that the deal is basically sitting on the lawyer's desk and that the lawyer will be away until New Year's. Also, things shut down in Chile from mid-December to the New Year. In otherwords, nothing can be expected now until the New Year. He seemed quite confident that everything was on track and that this was only a delay. I know that a simple delay like this can cause a sell-off in the shares (sound familiar Merle?), especially at this time of year, so I am willing to hold for the time being. Can't say I am going to rush in and buy more at this point though. Just not that comfortable with the story yet. For other's with more confidence, this may be a golden opportunity.
