Bama -- It wasn't a release we got the information from, it was from a filing made with the SEC that morning. And the site where the information is posted is beta testing so it's password protected for now. But here's a more detailed story. Gerald Johnston, a director of Fairfield Communities Inc. (FFD), purchased 200,000 shares of Fairfield common stock in July, according to a Form 4 released by the SEC.
