Or, you can say, forget the Stolys, I'll go sell some Telebras (TBR:NYSE ADR). Least there is an orderly market and I can get 90 something and change. That will meet the redemptions, and then some. When you are in these situations, you do not think, "hold on, that Telebras broken up is worth 150." You thank your lucky stars that there is a bid at all.

And this, my friends, is the market inefficiency that offers an exceptional buying opportunity; there are three caveats: 1. Don't lose your will; 2. Don't allow yourself to run out of time; and, 3. Don't let yourself be squeezed.

If it makes a run over 100 today I may try to get cute (I'm warning myself) and sell a little because the Japanese do not have this under control and the fear pyschology will return. We have the Japanese PM on one side trying to build a consensus and Yeltsin on the other side showing defiance on the subject of devaluation. Neither inspires investor confidence. LT nothing has changed, I am as bullish as ever on the fundamentals of TBR.
