Thanks for the information.Intangible value is the difference between
book value and market value.Most information age companies have a great intangible value ,like IFM.However,Mr.Market sometimes overreacts
and erase this intangible value and sometimes more.A good example is a small Canadian company that operates parking lots in Hong Kong.This parking business is profitable,the company owns $20 million in cash,has a net equity value of $38 million but Mr. Market values the company at $8,174,558 as of yesterday"s close according to the TSE( www.tse.com.)This company is Canadian Maple Leaf Financial Corporation and trade under the symbol CNF on the TSE.Can you explain why the Asian crisis has erased all intangible and more?
