Mr. H, This was second hand what Zapara stated in depositions. It was also brought to my attention by RMIL management, after a shareholder informed me, Zapara started 'promoting' OVIS after the splits. ------" BTW, BMART was wrong on S.I., Zapara came in with his B.S. AFTER THE SPLIT.....ask Mork about the affadavits Zapara signed and RMIL is in possession of stating Mork's intent! <LOL> Sorry 'B'!!!"-------- RMIL management and their legal team appear to have their very own affadavits from Mr. Zapara which do not gel with the statements Mr. Zapara has made at AZNT. Mr Sylver, the CEO of AZNT has spoken to RMIL management and it appears, according to RMIL, Zapara pulled the same trick at both companies. RB
