Janice, its interesting that you will not call a company and speak with the CEO or IR because you believe that there is no accountability for a phone conversation... HOWEVER, you do believe that same phone conversation when it comes second hand from someone else... I don't quite understand the reasoning? What you are saying is that you would not believe anything anyone from the company has to say, but when Eric calls and posts the information he gets from Jack, you immediately accept it and share it with everyone. Why? How can you not trust you own conversations but trust those same conversations when you hear them from someone else? This was to Eric after he posted a conversation with Jack last night... Thanks, Eric. I hope the shareholders will be able to salvage something in the end. Much depends, I suppose, on who really owns the properties in West Virginia. You should make an effort to find that out FAST. Has anyone considered organizing and trying to get an injunction to freeze the company's assets (if there are any) until it's clear exactly what's happened? ~Scott
