John, it seems to me that the driving force behind the merger is Cienna's technology and the synergies implicit in the combination. One quarter of poor sales by Cienna ought not to compromise that assessment. Sure, it would be nice to pick up CIEN at half the price, but I think that in the long run this will be meaningless.
