be careful, i hope you are right but I see asnd seeing 40/42 next week. Oh yea? I see ASND at 60-65 by late September, in anticipation of LU buyout AND a awesome upside surprise in quarterly earnings/revenues. ASND is having a kick-ass quarter. I know first-hand that several of the largest ISP's are in the sweet spot of their new ATM deployments, and are massively installing and configuring ASND switches as we speak. Wait for 40/42, and you'll likely miss the ride IMO. Good move djane! bucky89
