When I last spoke to Jack, day before yesterday, I was trying to pin him down on his employment history, as some of the so called bashers had brought it into question. None of the places he had said he had worked are still in business. When pressed, Jack himself told me about being on disability retirement for the last 12 years. Needless to say I was shocked. As far as the offshore trust, I spoke directly to the man that Jack and Marc Tow went to. The man that they asked to set this up for them and to also arrange financing for them, did his own investigation like we all should have done in the beginning. He saw how potentially dirty this operation was, and asked for a retainer up front. They had no money for a retainer, so he left.
