Look at the DGIV 1 month chart bigchart.com DGIV bottomed out and the lows are trending upward. This indicates investor confidence in DGIV. We are having a slower rise this time but it is more sustainable. IMHO Downside risk appears low relative to potential rewards. Each investor has to decide that for themselves. I use the trend of the lows as one indicator of downside risk. There was a positive news release this month. We are waiting for DGIV to become fully reporting. We don't know what time frame that will take. Lucky Lawrence
