What is a JV?

Let's face it brad, anyone who went long before December 9 has either taken a large loss or is going to have to sit on dead money for at least a year even if things turn around.

Those who bought in at the mid to lower teens will sit on dead money at least until Q4 earnings--again assuming that everything goes well.

Those in at 7.5 to 10ish will sit on dead money unless a strong partner is announced.

In the mean time I see a trading range of 4 3/4 to 6 3/4 give or take a little.
